The Company organized a 3-day Annual Staff Assembly from 21- 23 December 2018 in Koh Kong province. The Staff Assembly was held with the objectives of (i) promoting team building through various team building activities giving opportunities to staff from different locations to interact with each other and (ii) holding the staff meeting by informing them what the Company achieved in 2018 and what the Company would expect in 2019.
The staff meeting was held on the second day with several agenda items including (i) welcome remark and encouraging speech by CEO, (ii) presenting awards for outstanding staff, branches and employment seniority, (iii) encouraging speech and presentation on Cambodia’s tax system by the Independent Board Member, (iv) business plan for 2019 by CFO and (v) closing remark by CEO.
