Operational Risk Unit Manager (01)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the risk team to perform the risk function in according to the operative plan of the.
• Daily monitor and review the key risk indicators to ensure the implementation will not breach the risk limits.
• Investigate and analyze the root cause of the control violation and/or the weakness controls and communicate with the relevant department in proposing the control to mitigate it.
• Evaluate risks that are most likely to happen and will cause the most serious effects on the company.
• Assist the RM in performing the controls self-assessments and BCP on a regular basis.
• Assist the RM in performing the stress testing.
• Assist the RM in preparing the risk management training materials and provide the risk awareness training program to all staff.
• Assist the RM in consolidating the identified risks and update the risk profile for reporting to CRO and risk committee members on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor the status of the restructured loans for reporting to management, Board members and NBC.
• Other tasks as assigned by CRO and RM.

Competencies

• Other tasks as assigned by CRO and RM.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Risk.
• Proven ability to analytical skill.
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good English communication both writing and speaking.
